Second floor bedroom available to rent in a lovely 6 bed all girls house in Chorlton! All bills are included i. e., utilities, council tax and broadband.

Ideal location at the top of Beech Road and is just a 5-10 min walk into the centre of Chorlton:
- Up to 10 mins to Chorlton tram stop
- Up to 10 mins to St Werburgh’s Road tram stop
- 5-10 mins to Barlow Moor Road tram stop

Great for commuting into the city centre (20-30 mins) but you can also enjoy living in the wonderful neighborhood of Chorlton with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants.

Having all found the house on SpareRoom, we’re now a household of friends: we’re looking for someone who will join for cosy evenings, trips to the makers market, drinks out and about - all whilst still living our own lives and taking our own space.

Job-wise, you’d be moving in with: a midwife, a child social worker, a food product developer, a sustainability analyst and a molecular bioengineer.

The room comes furnished with the bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk.
