Lovely House Share in Chorlton

Hiya! We’re 3 queer gals - Maddy, Yuri & Denty and we’re looking for a 4th person to take over from our lovely Sarah! Her room is available from the start of October when she sadly leaves us for Australia. The listing says 1st October just to suggest it needs to be the beginning of October, but there is some flexibility on the date a little before/after the 1st.

The house 🏡
We’re just off Beech Road with loads of lovely pubs, independent shops and cafes, 10-15min walk from the tram and in an ideal spot perfect for getting out into nature with Chorlton and Sale Waterpark right by the house!
It’s a lovely terraced house with a cute garden that we spend lots of time out in, a shared living room and kitchen downstairs. You would be sharing the main bathroom on the middle floor with Maddy & Denty, there’s another small toilet just off the kitchen (and Yuri has her own bathroom on the top floor). There’s also a handy spare room on the middle floor with a double loft bed for friends to stay in that we use as the ‘laundry room’.
Bills tend to be around £100pcm.

A lovely airy south facing room with a cute fireplace and built in desk, overlooking the garden. The room (and house) came unfurnished, but will be left furnished as seen in the pics. There is also a wardrobe in the laundry room just next door, which will be left there but could be moved into the room ☺️

About us
Maddy (27) & Yuri (29) are both doctors working in Liverpool and Wigan, Denty (30) also works in the medical industry (not a prerequisite to be medical!). We’re a super social house, but also have plenty going on so aren’t always all home but love a yap in the living room and hang out downstairs when we are all home! We love cheeky walks and pub trips too! We do a mix of sports/activities between us during the week - rugby, tag rugby, run club, netball, pottery classes, etc! We’re looking for someone easy going and friendly that will slot into the lovely vibes of the house! Also obviously respectful of shared spaces and an awareness of night shifts for the girls. LGBTQ+ friendly please 🫶🏻
