We’re looking for a new housemate to join our friendly, sociable, and active houseshare! Preferably male to keep the balance (3F and 2M currently).
The cosy room that has become available is on the top floor of the house at £480pcm.
Bills are approx £120 each pcm, but may vary and likely to increase over the colder months.
The house is fairly spacious. We have 2 lounges, 2 bathrooms and loads of storage space in the basement. Also has a nice garden round the back for summer. We are just a few mins walk from Chorlton tram stop.
