A Little About Me

I'm a friendly, professional live-in homeowner who takes pride in creating a clean, stylish and comfortable home.

Although I live at the property, I'm rarely there due to work and other commitments, meaning the two lodgers will have most of the house to themselves much of the time.

You'll enjoy much of the independence, freedom and privacy of having your own place, without the expense of renting an entire property. It's a great balance between having your own space and the convenience of a shared home.

I'm looking for two friendly, considerate working professionals who are respectful of others and will treat the property as their own home.

Cleaning & House Rules

A professional cleaner visits every fortnight to clean the shared bathroom and communal areas, with the cost included in the rent.

However, it's important that everyone takes responsibility for keeping the house looking its best. Lodgers are expected to clean up after themselves and leave the kitchen, bathroom and shared spaces clean and tidy after each use.

No smoking, vaping or pets.

The aim is to create a relaxed, friendly and welcoming home rather than a busy party house. Somewhere everyone can enjoy their own independence and privacy, while also feeling comfortable using the shared spaces.
