Yes, the North Manchester Hospital is close by, but it's not only an ideal accommodation for the hospital staff; it is also ideal for professional friends who need a good and quiet room too!

Also, we do not just offer furnished rooms alone; we infuse modern amenities to make living a luxury. For example all rooms have a digital TV, high speed wifi, tea making facility, bedside lamp, work table revolving chair etc. While the house’s building and contents insurance makes the goods safe, the home emergency cover adds to the feeling of satisfaction. We also have made the stairs beautiful.
The first thing you notice is the video camera and human sensitive spot light fitted above the main door outside the house. With an app you can speak the the say postman from anywhere in the world! Isn't that nice?

To add suitableness to it, we have reduced the room price to £750 - inclusive of ALL BILLS!

We have a large kitchen on the ground floor with cooker, microwave, two fridges, tea making facility etc. The boiler in the kitchen is routinely serviced and the alarm tested.

We all must take precautions against coronavirus. Our viewing is through the phone as the premises and the rooms have a code system.
