Large room to rent in a two-bedroom apartment. I'm looking for a quiet tenant to share a flat with. A female is preferred, but not essential. I'm a working woman and live with a house cat – animal lovers are welcome.
The flat is located in the M8, Crumpsall, a 10-minutes walk to the Crumpsall metrolink station, and 5 minutes away to the buses to the city center and Oldham, Bury and Eccles (135, 59, 52,).
Large Tesco, local and takaway shops nearby.
The room is large, with a new double size mattress, price is £500 per month, including all bills. The kitchen and bathroom are small, so it would be good if we could feel comfortable together.
Small pets are welcome, as long as they're get along with my cat.
