Classic en-suite room top floor New Medlock House

I am a first year student at MMU and have decided to commute since it’s much easier than I thought therefore I need someone to take over my tenancy. I have two flatmates in this flat as one of the rooms stays empty since it is the show flat for the accommodation. This means it gets cleaned everyday and the kitchen is always super clean . The accomodation is across the road from the MMU campus making it a really quick walk and it’s not much further to University Of Manchester campus either. The flat is top floor but the lift is super quick .
There is 24/7 security and the whole accomodation is extremely secure , there is a courtyard with a smoking area , karaoke room , study spaces included . Inside the flat there is an en suite , heating , Wi-Fi, water and gas .
Tenancy ends 17th July 2026 .
