One Bed Ensuite in Alto Apartments

My flatmate is moving out of our two bed this June, so I'm looking for someone to move in. You'll be staying in the larger, ensuite room. Our flat is lovely - it's well priced for being so central and the apartments are gated with greenery and fountains in the middle.

We have a washer dryer, and a dishwasher - though we don't use the latter. There is also a concierge. We have lovely views towards the towers where Kallos is, and into the city centre. Our flat is a bit older, but I personally haven't found issues with this. Attached are images of my flatmate's room and our living area.

I am a very neat and clean person, frankly, so I require a flatmate who is the same. I will be doing a masters and working part-time, so I want to maintain a quiet and calm flat.
