hey i’m nina im 21 and a student at mmu! i found this apartment with another girl but unfortunately she fell through at the last minute🥲 it’s right in deansgate and the views are unreal. bills would be an extra £80-100 a month so altogether around £980 im hoping to find another student around similar age and hoping to be friends rather than just awkward flatmates lol. i’m super chill and down to earth, im defo someone who likes going out for eg, bars, nightlife, music events but i also value my own space too. i’m a very clean and respectful person and would expect the same from my flatmate. however i want the place to feel yours as much as it is mine so invite whoever you’d like over, decorate how you’d like, im more than happy with that. anyways this apartment is very time limited as if i don’t find another flatmate soon it will be put back on the market so please hmu asap!! it also has a ZERO deposit option so that’s a plus!
