-Very quiet flatmates & the shared space is barely used
-Large floor-to-ceiling window that can be fully opened, and well covered at night.

-New and young building, with lots of residents.
-Full access to all Square Gardens facilities, including frequent resident social events
- Convenience stores right under the building.
-Professionally managed building with on-site reception, maintenance team, large laundry room with plenty of machines, secure staffed parcel room, and underground parking
-Close to both city centre and universities.
15min walk to University of Manchester.

Contract & rent:

-Contract price £273 per week. I will rebate you £30 per week, in one full payment while we finish the takeover process. Contract runs until 4 September 2027, your rent liability starts exactly from your move-in date.
-ALL bills included: electricity, heating, water, Wi-Fi
-Deposit will be added to the total rent.
-Official tenancy takeover only – legally protected takeover process through UoM official procedures.

-Any registered full-time male University of Manchester student (landlord's requirement)
-Short lets not available.
