Contract & rent:

-Contract price £273 per week, contract runs until 4 September 2027, your rent liability starts exactly from your move-in date.
-ALL bills included: electricity, heating, water, Wi-Fi
-Deposit: £400 which will be added to the total rent.
-Official tenancy takeover only – legally protected takeover process through UoM official procedures.
