En-suite Double Room 5 min to tram - Castlefield

Cozy room in a 2 bedroom modern flat in the City Gate One building, Deansgate, available from early Jan.

My current roommate is moving out, and due to a change in the tenancy contract, I’m looking for a flatmate who would be willing to join me in reapplying for the flat under a new rolling contract.

As the current tenant, I’d really like to stay as I’m comfortable here and the flat and location work well for me. It’s not simply a move-in situation, as there may be some details around the new application that we’ll need to work through, so I’m looking for someone who is happy to commit to applying together.

📍Location
The flat is located in a secured modern building, next to several grocery stores, it’s a 5 minutes walk to the Deansgate-Castlefield tram station and a walking distance to Manchester city centre. We are also next to the river canal which is a nice area to go for walks.

Bills are approximately £190 per month (usually less in warmer months), it includes broadband.
