Cozy room in a 2 bedroom modern flat in the City Gate One building, Deansgate, available from April 20th.

My current roommate is moving out so I am looking for someone to take over the room.

📍Location
The flat is located in a secured modern building, next to several grocery stores, it’s a 5 minutes walk to the Deansgate-Castlefield tram station and a walking distance to Manchester city centre. We are also next to the river canal which is a nice area to go for walks.

Bills are approximately £190 per month (usually less in warmer months), it includes broadband.

I’m a Software Developer on my placement year of university. I enjoy video games, music and watching films, big fan of Letterboxd😛. I’m social, but not a party animal, and like having space and alone time.
