Hey, I’m Ellie! I’m looking for a flatmate to take over my current flatmate’s room as she’s moving to London at the start of December.
The room is a spacious en-suite and the flat has a really calm, homely feel. I’m definitely a clean freak, so looking for someone who is respectful and tidy!
A little about me, I’m 28 and work in Employee Relations. I’m in the office 5 days a week, with some mornings or afternoons from home. I love trying new places for food and drinks, and love going to the gym. You’ll usually find me trying out classes on class pass or at Barry’s after work!
I’m looking for a young professional, female only flatmate, someone like-minded, clean and sociable, who has their own life but is also up for becoming friends. I’d love someone who’s happy to grab a drink, chill and hang out, but is equally comfortable doing their own thing. I’m outgoing but definitely enjoy having my own space too.
No pets and no smokers (no judgement if you like the occasional cheeky night-out cigarette though!)
Rent: £1000 pcm each Bills: approx. £250 pcm each (full breakdown can be shared) Deposit: £1,153 Move-in: 1st December 2026

The flat comes with one allocated parking space, which I will have, so unfortunately it won’t be available to share.
