Fusion Deansgate Ensuite Room, £265pw

Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my ensuite room at Fusion Manchester on Deansgate, as unexpected family circumstances have meant I've had to return home and unfortunately can't afford to keep paying rent while I'm away. I'd be really grateful to find someone who could take it over soon.

The room is on the 17th floor (1701C) and has its own private bathroom and a TV. The kitchen is shared with just two other flatmates, so it's a nice setup if you want your own private space while still sharing with others.

Rent is £265 per week, with all bills and Wi-Fi included.

One of the best things about Fusion is the facilities. There's a gym, free laundry, study spaces, a library, a gaming area, a coffee lounge and a roof terrace. The location is great too, right on Deansgate in central Manchester, with shops, cafés and transport links nearby.

The tenancy runs until 3 September 2027, and the takeover will need to be approved by Fusion Management.

I'm genuinely hoping to find someone as soon as possible because continuing to pay for the room from abroad is a financial strain. If you're interested or know someone looking for student accommodation in Manchester, please get in touch. I'd really appreciate it!
