The room is really spacious and the flat is in a great location, with loads of bars, restaurants, cafés, shops and transport links all within walking distance. It's a great spot if you want to be close to everything Manchester has to offer.
The room is available for 7 weeks, so would be perfect for someone who's between flats, moving to Manchester and looking for somewhere while they get settled, working in the city for a short period, or just needs a temporary place to stay without committing to a long-term tenancy. You'll be sharing with my current flatmate, who's a 25-year-old guy working a normal 9–5, Monday to Friday. He's really friendly, easy-going and good to live with, so it's a pretty relaxed flat.
We're not looking for anyone in particular — students, professionals or anyone else are more than welcome! Just looking for someone who's friendly, tidy and respectful of the shared space.
