I am looking for a professional female to share my home, just a 20/25 mins bus ride into MCR
Perhaps residing in London area, but needing to commute into Manchester daily, or need to be more local to Manchester / or in the middle of re-locating for work.
& need a short/ medium term let.
A mature student, my peaceful home would also suit.

Are you Hospital Staff; a Contractor, Specialist Surgeon or a Locum Doctor, a Lecturer, commuting between Manchester & your home town so need a secure, clean, homely base Monday to Friday or all week,

Offering a stay of a min of 4 consecutive nights or up to all week
Please note...The room cost is reduced a little if needing only Monday to Friday.
But do please discuss with me over the phone.

If you love the Med like me & it's clean whites & blues. wood floors & Greek tile effect everywhere you'll be comfy, homely & happy with your stay..
Close to M 6O Ring Rd into MCR, also a train or bus ride away. shops Restaraunt s cafes all within walking distance from my home.
A fab Leisure Centre a 5 min walk away swim, gym, classes, cafe, bowling & much more..

I'm friendly, energetic, clean tidy & respectful. I respect peoples space & down time & love sharing my home,
Giving plenty of space, while happy to have a good chat, share a glass of wine & put the world to rights ..Either is totally fine.

I've created an ode to my 2yrs spent living, working & home schooling my son when he was just aged 5 on a tiny Greek Island. Now the main renovations are complete so I can enjoy it lots!

IAM a busy self employed private Nanny & Children's Entertainer.

Happy to share my home on a short-medium term or longer considered & discussed.

A safe, homely & very convenient location, while you are working in MCR yet your main home is in or around London.. Savings much stressful commuting.

A safe, secure space is offered to leave some of your essential belongings, for anyone needing Mon to Friday.
A stay of just 1 month at a time is fine ( 4 weeks ) the weekly rent remains the same but must be paid in full up front.. for 1 month stays.
For longer stays a deposit is required of course.
The correct Agreement paperwork etc will all be put in place..

2 fully contactable refs required.
A work & character reference please as a minimum.

Any other legal documents you may have . e. g An enhanced DBS registered, must be registered with the update Service for it to be a legal.
I can also provide my own documents. All readily available current & revised constantly, contained in my comprehensive portfolio for you to view too.

I offer a beautiful large bright & tranquil double room with brand new double bed frame & mattress, with a cosy topper,
wardrobe, storage & storage for weekends, foldable desk & chair is in place too.
From the images you can see the living room & the kitchens quiet coffee area recently finishing my equally traditional Greek style kitchen. All for the use of.

I can offer an evening meal 1 or 2 x per week too. as I adore cooking
