Perhaps you are Hospital Staff, a Contractor, Specialist Surgeon or a Locum Doctor, a Lecturer, commuting between Manchester your home town & need a secure, clean, newly renovated stay Monday to Friday or all week, while on Contract in Manchester.
Offering a stay of a min of 3 consecutive nights & up to all week
Please note...The room cost is reduced if needing only Monday to Friday.

A safe, homely & very convenient location, while you are working in MCR yet your main home is in or around London.. Savings much stressful commuting.

A safe )secure space is offered to leave some of your essential belongings, for anyone needing Mon to Thur or to Friday.
A stay of just 1 month at a time is fine ( 4 weeks ) the weekly rent remains the same but must be paid in full up front.. for 1 month stays.
For longer stays a deposit is required.
The correct Agreement paperwork etc will all be put in place..

2 fully contactable refs required.
A work & character reference please as a minimum.

Any other legal documents you may have . e. g An enhanced DBS registered, must be registered with the update Service for it to be a legal.
I can also provide my own documents. All readily available current & revised constantly, contained in my comprehensive portfolio for you to view too.

I offer a beautiful large bright & tranquil double room with brand new double bed mattress , wardrobe, storage & storage for weekends, foldable desk & chair is in place too.
From the images you can see the living room & the kitchens quiet coffee area recently finishing my equally traditional Greek style kitchen. All for the use of.

I can offer an evening meal 1 or 2 x per week too. as I adore cooking
