You would be sharing the house with two others: Becky, who mainly lives in London but returns for occasional weekends or when working in Manchester, and a new female housemate of a similar age. We’re looking for someone social and friendly, ideally around the same age, who enjoys a Netflix binge and a glass of wine. 🍷

There are also two additional bathrooms in the house.

The home has a fully fitted kitchen with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and two fridge freezers. The living room is cosy, with a fireplace and two sofas. There’s also a garden with a table and four chairs, perfect for summer.

A private gated parking space is available for £5 per month, or there is free on-street parking.

The house is ideally located just a 7-minute walk from the train station, with direct trains to Piccadilly taking around 8 minutes. It’s also right next to a beautiful park with tennis courts.
