Hi There,

This ground floor flat is located in the heart of Didsbury and the room to rent is a double bedroom.

This is for a short-term let for either 2 or 3 months, so ideal for anyone who is in between places or in Manchester for work.

I work from home during the week and because of this I'm looking for someone who also doesn't need to work from home also.

Situated at the back of the flat complex the flat is super quiet and peaceful while also being in walking distance to Didsbury Village and West Didsbury - the closest Tram Stop is West Didsbury..

The room has a built in wardrobe with plenty of space and a double bed. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are spaces you would share with me.

Parking is free and available for residents.

I live here with my dog, Merlin who is super friendly and loves cuddles. So you would be someone comfortable with dogs.

I moved back to Manchester recently and have been involved in running music and healing events and festivals. I have been involved in many community projects and currently involved in the start up of a new Charity.

Bills included i. e. Council, Water, Gas & Electric & Wifi. TV Licence not included (I don't have a TV)
