This ground floor flat is located in the heart of Didsbury and the room to rent is a double bedroom.

Situated at the back of the flat complex the flat is super quiet and peaceful while also being in walking distance to Didsbury Village and West Didsbury - the closest Tram Stop is West Didsbury..

The room has a built in wardrobe with plenty of space and a double bed.

The bathroom, kitchen and living room are spaces you would share with me.

Parking is free and available for residents.

I live here with my dog, Merlin who is super friendly and loves cuddles. So you would be someone comfortable with dogs.

I work mainly from home most of the week or at a therapy space in Ancoats as a massage practitioner.

I moved back to Manchester recently and have been involved in running music and healing events and festivals. I have been involved in many community projects and currently also involved in the start up of a new Charity.

Bills included i. e. Council, Water, Gas & Electric & Wifi.

I am open to short term lets, from 1 week through to 3 months. This could be extended if it works for both of us.
