Room Available in Didsbury

My name is Annie-May and I’m looking for a new flatmate! Unfortunately my flatmate is moving out of our lovely flat at the end of October. I’ve been here for 3.5 years and I’d love to stay and find someone to move in to her room!

It is a fully furnished double room that will be available from 31st October! The flat is bright and spacious and has plenty of storage! It’s in a lovely location next to fletcher moss park and is a 15 minute walk from both East Didsbury and Didsbury Village tram stops. East didsbury train station is also a 15 minute walk away and the nearest bus stop is a 5 minute walk away. There is a communal car park which always has plenty of available spaces.

Rent is £550 per month and bills come to between £150-£180 per month each including council tax.

I’m clean and tidy and like to keep the communal places that way! I’m very sociable and enjoy a chilled one at the pub, good food, gigs and festivals and a night out, but equally I love a cozy night in with a good film or book! I’m 26 and I work as a scientist in the office Mon-Fri.
