I have a large gorgeous 1st floor double bedroom (#224319) available March 29th (£560 + bills) in a house for 4 in Bamford Road Didsbury M20 2GW: sharing with (currently) 2M & 1F mid-twenties professionals. Bills come to about £150 per month so around £710 in total. I'm the Landlord and I pay the bills and divide between the tenants. It is close to the centre of Didsbury which is very sought after & has very good transport access into Manchester. Also close to Burton Road in West Didsbury with all of it's bars and restaurants.

The house is decorated to a very high standard over three floors & has large cellars for storage, a communal lounge & all mod cons [washer, tumble dryer etc.] and super fast 500Mb fibre- optic broadband.

The room light, bright and is on the 1st floor of a 3 storey house.

We are doing viewings evenings during the week, and at the weekend Saturday and Sunday.

I am looking for friendly easy-going & sociable tenants, male or female. I let on a monthly basis, i. e. with no fixed term, but people can and do stay as long as they like. It means you don't have to commit to a fixed length, but can of course stay years if you want.
