I am looking for a female flatmate to share my 2 bedroom ground floor apartment available from 15th December 2026.

The flat is located in a newly constructed building with an open plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all necessary appliances which you are welcome to use. The living room includes a comfortable sofa and television with streaming subscriptions.

The bedroom for rent is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, chest of drawers and a spacious wardrobe. The modern bathroom has an overhead shower.

The location is convenient, with Lime Square Retail Park just a 5 minute drive away. The nearest tram stop at Droylsden is a short walk from the flat and Manchester City Centre can be reached by car in 20 minutes. There is ample free parking on the street.

Rent is £800 per month inclusive of all bills and utilities. A refundable security deposit of 1 month's rent is required. References will also be needed.

A little about me - I am a 27 year old professional working in finance. I have a busy schedule on weekdays but am usually home evenings and weekends. I enjoy cooking, working out at the gym and watching television.

I do have a cat, a little British shorthair called Luna who stays in the property so I am looking for someone who is comfortable with having a cat around.
