I have a quirky double room for rent in Tameside, on the Stalybridge/Dukinfield border, in a cool cosy house with a lovely landlord 😉🖤
On a major bus route, with a main rail link to Manchester/Leeds 0.8 miles away.
I’m a chef and musician and spend a fair amount of time away on tour.
Included in the room is an off road car parking space in a locked, secure compound.
The house backs on a cricket ground which is glorious in spring and summer….

The room is currently unfinished and can be decorated-prospective tenants can choose a colour scheme and furniture to suit. if needed by negotiation.
Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher
bills included are included, water gas electric
Storage is available for tenants property, depending on size.
I’m only interested in letting to reliable, honest good folk.
