Hi there guys!
I have a quirky double room for rent in Tameside, on the Stalybridge/Dukinfield border, in a cool cosy house with a lovely landlord 😉🖤
On a major bus route, with a main rail link to Manchester/Leeds 0.8 miles away.
I’m a chef and musician and spend a fair amount of time away on tour.
Included in the room is an off road car parking space in a locked, secure compound.
The house backs on a cricket ground which is glorious in spring and summer….

The room is currently furnished with the basics needed and tenants are welcome to bring whatever they need.
Washer//Dishwasher.
bills included are included, water, gas, electric and hi speed wi Fi.
Storage is available for tenants property, depending on size.
I’m only interested in letting to reliable, honest good folk.
