Double furnished room to rent on a temp basis

Looking for someone to rent my spare room out on a temp basis for 6-12 months
There is a king size bed, all furniture included
Laminate flooring
Blinds/curtains for privacy as on the ground floor
Must be okay with cats as i have one
Looking for someone that is clean, will tidy up after themselves, outgoing but likes to keep themselves to themselves,
Free parking space
All bills included except for food
I am out for 12 hours a day through the week and away most weekends, so there will be a lot of time where you have the place to yourselves
