Hello, I have a double room available to rent starting immediately.
The house is in a great location and just across the road from a nice park. The tram stop is only 5 minutes away on foot. Shops and supermarkets are only a couple of minutes walk away too.
It's within easy commuting distance to Trafford Park, Trafford Centre and Salford Quays/MediaCity. The tram line to the city centre starts at Eccles and there is also a fast train into Manchester.
The room is a good size double. At the moment there is a double bed, wardrobe and side table in place. I also have a small desk you can keep in there if you need it.
There are two of us living here. Along with me there is my housemate who is from Japan. We are both in our 30s and at work most of the time. Outside of that we are both pretty quiet, you will have your own space and the environment is very chilled.
If you are interested let me know if you would like to arrange a viewing. I am generally free on weekends or weeknights after 6.
