Double Room

Hello! I have a room to rent available from 31st December.

The house is in a great location and just across the road from a nice park. The tram stop is only 5 minutes away on foot. Shops and supermarkets are only a couple of minutes walk away too.

It's within easy commuting distance to Trafford Park, Trafford Centre and Salford Quays/MediaCity. The tram line to the city centre starts at Eccles and there is also a fast train into Manchester.

The room is a good size double. At the moment there is a double bed, wardrobe and side table in place. I also have a small desk you can keep in there if you need it.

It's also available to couples for the rent + additional 50%.

I will be your housemate and landlord. I'm in my 30s and work nearby. I'm generally a quiet and easygoing person who will give you your own space.
