We offer video tours of all our properties so you can have a first glance at the property, after the virtual viewing feel free to ask any questions to our team and they would be more then happy to answer. Please note that our physical viewing hours start from 10:00 AM and finish at 17:00 PM, We can't do viewings / check ins in the weekend as It won't be fair on the tenants currently living in the property.

1 weeks advanced rental payment will become non refundable if checks come back as a fail due to circumstances not disclosed to Zest at the time of viewing or on the phone prior to the appointment.

If YOU chose not to go ahead with the room you will also forfeit the price of the weeks payment to cover costs incurred whilst the property is taken off the market and the purchase of the reference checks.
