I have a room to let in a lovely area monton professionals preferred, no smokers
I keep a clean tidy house and would expect anyone who wishes to apply will be tidy and clean I have had previous tenants that say yes there clean and tidy but turned out not to be so . I also prefer people who are not always cooking mad as it sounds I hardly use the kitchen . But of course you can use kitchen Prefer female you have regular bus to routes in mcr city centre trams and busses . I can do a five day a week mon to fri for 450 month that’s if you do not require 7 days a week but I also offer 7 days a week. Price 560.00 for 7 days all bills inclded
IM easy going love life and look forward to meeting you oh by the way the deposit is only 250 and proffesioalns only also there is car parking and room will be available on the 29th for viewing but can move in straight away with references can’t view before 29th sorry
