Cozy Room Near City: 15 minutes to the city

Seeking a housemate in a nice house in a great area close to Manchester City Centre.

Tram stop within 10 minute walk and takes 17 minutes into the city. Bus stop 5 minute walk which takes 20-25 minutes into the city. Nice parks in the area. Big Tesco within 10 minute walk. Lidl 5 minute walk and Aldi 15 minute walk.

A gym 10 minute walk away which has a pool and there is a The Gym Group around 15-20 minute walk.

There is off road parking if you have a car. There is a space to wfh if you need too!

I just ask that you are someone that is respectful, that’s just the main thing really. Keep the house clean, I think that’s just the obvious one really.

I work in skills development and policy. When I’m not working, I tend to be at the gym, running, playing padel, playing football. I’m quite active. I like to cook too. I see friends. I wouldn’t say I go out every weekend drinking but I do drink at times. Lots of pubs in the area and some decent quizzes too if you’re into that.

The £700 includes rent and all bills. Council Tax, Gas and Electric, Water, Internet, TV License. Bills normally come to around £210 each a month. I also tend to just buy amnesties like kitchen roll, toilet roll and washing up liquid and wipes etc so that’s covered too. So rent for the room is roughly around £470 a month.

I have all the channels on the TV. I also have Netflix.

Please do let me know if you have any questions. Easy to get on with and would be good to live with someone that wants to hang out as friends too but I will equality respect your space 🙂
