Cozy Room Near City: 15 minutes to the city

Seeking a housemate in a nice house in a great area close to Manchester City Centre. Initially, this will be for 1 - 2 months as I’m going travelling for a little bit.. So if you’re looking for something short-term, could work well. I currently live with my housemate Joe who is a great lad. He’s 27, easy to get on with, quiet and respectful.

Tram stop within 10 minute walk and takes 17 minutes into the city. Bus stop 5 minute walk which takes 25 minutes into the city. Nice parks in the area. Big Tesco within 10 minute walk. Lidl 5 minute walk and Aldi 15 minute walk. A gym 10 minute walk away which has a pool and there is a The Gym around 15-20 minute walk. There is off road parking if you have a car. There is a space to wfh if you need too!

I just ask that you are someone that is respectful, that’s just the main thing really. Keep the house clean, I think that’s just the obvious one really.
