Seeking a housemate in a nice house in a great area close to Manchester City Centre. Initially, this will be for 3 months as I’m going travelling. So if you’re looking for something short-term, could work well. I currently live with my housemate Joe who is a great lad. He’s 26, easy to get on with and quiet and respectful.
Tram stop within 10 minute walk. Bus stop 2 minute walk which takes 25 minutes into the city. Nice parks in the area. Big Tesco within 10 minute walk. A gym 10 minute walk away which has a pool! There is off road parking if you have a car. There is a space to wfh if you need too!
I just ask that you are someone that is respectful, that’s just the main thing really. Keep the house clean, I think that’s just the obvious one really.
