Seeking a housemate in a nice house in a great area close to Manchester City Centre. Tram stop within 10 minute walk. Nice parks in the area. Big Tesco within 10 minute walk.
I’ll be away for 2 months and so available from Jan to March.
I just ask that you are someone that is respectful, that’s just the main thing really. Keep the house clean, I think that’s just the obvious one really.
Currently there is already a housemate here so you will be sharing with him. He’s 33 and a nice guy. There js a desk in the living room too so useful if you’re a student/wfh.
