Cozy Room Near City: 15min to Heart of Town

Seeking a housemate in a nice house in a great area close to Manchester City Centre. Tram stop within 10 minute walk. Nice parks in the area. Big Tesco within 10 minute walk.

I’m easy to get on with and whilst I own the house, I don’t want it to be like a lodger situation. It’s your home too. As I say, easy to get on with. Have Sky, Netflix etc. It’s fully Furnished so just a simple move in really.

I just ask that you are someone that is respectful, that’s just the main thing really. Keep the house clean, I think that’s just the obvious one really.

I’m a Career Coach and so handy if you need a CV revamp lol. I like playing sports and like to keep fit. Enjoy running and long walks and am hoping to buy a bike soon as there is a lovely canal here that goes all the way to Altrincham.

Currently there is a single bed in the room. However, if you have your own bed, I can easily move it. Also, I am thinking about getting a double bed for that room anyway as it easily fits so I can do that. There is a desk in there too so useful if you’re a student/wfh. However, i can move it if you’re neither and would prefer extra space. Lots of storage and there is door to the side that is like a walk in closet.
