Double room, 15 mins from city centre

I am looking for a housemate to share my home in Failsworth. It's a lovely, light and bright spacious double room, with access to shared living space and garden. The house is only 2 years old, so is modern, and fresh.

The bus stop less than a minute away takes you into town in 15 minutes - perfect if you work in the city centre like me - but also access to the motorway is only minutes away too.

I am a sociable, friendly person, who enjoys nights in and out, as well as good walks, the gym and trashy TV. I'd love to find someone to become a friend and enjoy the house.

I am a clean and tidy homeowner, and would like to find someone who treats the space as their own and with respect.

There are 2 designated parking spots at the house, so perfect if you have a car.

The room can either come furnished or unfurnished.

I would love the chance to meet up for a coffee or a drink before moving in, to get to know each other!
