The flat has been fully let out for the past year. The tenants move out on 5th August. I will be doing some redecoration and will most likely be repainting the bedrooms and hallway.

I have worked hard to make the flat cozy and nice it is my main residence. I spend a lot of time down south at my partners as well so will be away intermittently :)

I am looking for a lodger who will take care of the flat but also make it their own. Being clean, tidy and respectful is a must.
Will accept post grad or mature students.
