The flat will be available for viewing from 6th August as I am away until then. I will be doing some redecoration and will most likely be repainting the bedrooms ceiling and walls and hallway. So most of the flat will have had a fresh lick of paint!

I have worked hard to make the flat cozy and nice it is my main residence. I spend a lot of time down south at my partners as well so will be away intermittently :) I work as a nurse so do long shifts and work weekends.

I am looking for a lodger who will take care of the flat but also make it their own. Being clean, tidy and respectful is a must.
Will accept post grad or mature students.
