Double room available in friendly houseshare

We’re looking for a third housemate to join our relaxed 3-bed terrace on the quieter end of Braemar Road, Fallowfield. It’s a great spot, just a short walk to shops, bars, gyms and transport links, with plenty of unrestricted on-street parking right outside.

New, high-spec kitchen with loads of storage

Recently updated bathroom

Shared living room with a wall-mounted 55” smart TV ideal for Netflix, films and a chilled night in

Rear yard, typical for a terrace - useful for storage of bikes etc

Council tax band B, so bills stay reasonable when split between three

The hallway is the last bit left to update and should be done soon.

The room
A good-sized double (approx. 3.3m x 3.5m), to be fully furnished with all the usual essentials. If you need anything specific, I'm happy to try and accommodate.

About us
I'm often busy due to working in events. I moved to Manchester a few years ago after travelling and tend to keep weeknights fairly chilled, but enjoy going out for drinks, gigs or food at the weekends - it’d be great to have someone who’s up for the odd pint or plan together. If you’re new to Manchester, I’m more than happy to show you around.

The other housemate is a mid-20s woman who works a lot, so she’s often out and about.

About you
We’re open to all ages, genders and backgrounds - the main thing is being tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. Someone who’s friendly but also happy doing their own thing would fit in perfectly.
