Description
I'm looking for someone to take over my loft room in a large, friendly student house in Fallowfield while I'm away on study abroad.
Availability: 1 January – 18 June 2027
Rent: £165 per week, bills included
Location: 354 Wilmslow Road, Fallowfield
The room:
* Spacious loft bedroom offering a bit of separation from the rest of the house.
* Private sink/basin.
* Furnished room (happy to confirm details).
The house:
* Large 10-bedroom student house with spacious communal areas and a very large front garden.
* Shared kitchen and five toilets.
* A friendly mix of studious and outgoing second-year students, with a good balance between socialising and getting work done.
The house is in Fallowfield, making it a convenient option for students living in Manchester.
I'm happy to answer any questions, send over more photos or arrange a viewing. Please get in touch if you're interested!
