Room available 19th December

One of my lodgers is moving out on 19th December when her job ends and another will start looking for a place with his friend shortly so potentially another one soon after.

I own the house and live here so I’m looking for someone who wants to be part of a community, sees keeping the bills low as a team effort and is quiet at bed time. A good match in my head is someone who likes the allotment, the chinning bar (and 20 other gym things around the place) and a game of Cards Against Humanity.

I usually have people just moving to the area and who want to find their bearings before committing to something longer term. Of these, about 50% of people end up staying. If you would like longer term to be an option, wanting to help water my plants while I'm on holiday is key - let me know how you feel about it (and the gym and cards).

I've stated that I want an English speaker because I get 100 requests within 48 hours and only 2 of them feel like a response to my advert; I'd like less spam and more genuine interaction. As long as you've understood what I'm looking for and respond to that, I don't actually care about English proficiency.
