A lovely, comfortable furnished (small double bed) room available in a well-maintained home, conveniently situated close to Trafford General Hospital in Urmston.

I’m a friendly, mature female homeowner looking for a considerate and reliable female lodger who would enjoy living in a peaceful, relaxed household.

Another mature female professional is expected to move in around the beginning of December, so the house will eventually be shared by three women.

The house is spacious, comfortable and very much a home rather than simply somewhere to rent a room. You’ll have full use of the shared kitchen, bathroom, lounge, dining room & garden. On-street parking is available & rarely problematic.

I enjoy a friendly atmosphere while also valuing privacy and independence. The house is generally quiet, clean and tidy, and I’m looking for someone who appreciates the same sort of environment.

The location is particularly convenient for anyone working at the hospital, although enquiries from other professions are most welcome.

The room includes a comfortable bed, a very large wardrobe for storage, desk space and fast Wi-Fi.

£570 per month, including all household bills and council tax.

The house is conveniently located for public transport links and Manchester city centre.

This is a calm, friendly, owner-occupied home rather than a busy shared house.
