Room is large and comes fully furnished.
Down stairs is very open with a large kitchen and living room. There is also a large garden. The area is very quiet. The house has a driveway but there is also on the street parking.
Property is a short drive from Manchester airport. There is a Gately train station a 5 minute walk from the house.
Driving into Manchester will take you around 20 minutes. Stockport is even closer with a journey time of around 10 minutes.
The house has two other housemates who are both working professionals. They both work in the same industry. They work shift work and are required to work some nights. They both like going to the gym, pubs and going on hikes.
Looking for someone to takeover my tennancy as I am moving out due to buying my own property. It is a great place to live with great housemates.
I am looking for someone to take over the tennancy at the start of June 2025.
