Double Room - Detached House

We’re a couple who own and live in a 5-bedroom detached house bordering a Werneth Low country park, and we’re looking for a professional to rent one of our spare rooms on a Monday–Friday basis.

The house is in a lovely location with lots of local walks, as well as being conveniently located for the train station and motorway links to nearby cities.

The room & house:

* Double bedroom, currently being redecorated
* Double bed, wardrobe and desk will be provided
* Private bathroom directly opposite the bedroom (not en-suite)
* Shared kitchen
* Garden
* Parking available, including use of the garage
* Separate living room (currently being renovated)
* No pets and non-smoking household

We both work from home during the week, so we’re looking for someone who would be a good fit for a friendly, clean and respectful home environment.

The room is currently being redecorated, so we don’t have photos available yet. We’re posting now to see if there is any interest while we finish the room, and we’d be happy to send photos privately once it’s ready.

We’re ideally looking for someone who would stay Monday–Friday and return home at weekends, so this could suit someone who works in the area during the week.
