Double room available for medium term let

A lovely double bedroom is available in my beautiful Edwardian home in Hazel Grove, from 25 October 2026 for approximately 4 months, until 25 February 2027.

This is a warm, friendly and relaxed home rather than a typical busy house share. I’m a live-in landlord and would be sharing the house with you, with potentially one other room also being occupied.

The house has plenty of character and original Edwardian features, alongside modern comforts. There is a brand-new shower room, which would be shared if the other room is occupied, as well as a good-sized shared kitchen and dining room where you can cook, eat and relax.

Location

The house is in Hazel Grove, with good access to local shops, cafés, restaurants and transport links into Manchester, Stockport and surrounding areas.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful, considerate and easy-going, and who would enjoy living in a friendly home. You will also need to adhere to ventilation to prevent damp in the house, as this is an issue for friends who rent their houses out and something I am doing everything to prevent when renting out mine.

If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay for a few months rather than a large, impersonal house share, this could be a great fit.
