The house has a modern bathroom and kitchen, a cosy living room, dining space and a spacious garden. There is plenty of additional storage space including an outhouse, attic and airing cupboard you are welcome to use.

There’s plenty of free on street parking if you drive.

Transport links are amazing for Manchester Piccadilly, Levenshulme, Stockport, Didsbury and beyond. It’s less than 10 min walk to Heaton Chapel train station where trains to Piccadilly are regular, low cost and quick - about 9 minutes! There are loads of great bus routes including a 20 minute bus to Didsbury from the top of the road.

Within walking distance are plenty of cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops - and there’s an Aldi round the corner which is perfect for big shops!

I am looking for a laid back and sociable housemate who can move in quickly and will make this house their home. Ideally looking for a professional who goes to the office regularly.
