Double bedroom for lodgers

Hi, I'm a recently retired female design engineer living in Heaton Chapel, Stockport SK4 5AZ on the border with Levenshulme. It’s a 2 min walk off the A6 near an Aldi, Mc Donalds and Kentucky Fried Chicken. A 10 mins walk gets you to the train station and you’re at the bus stop in 2 mins; a 20 minute bus ride and a 10 minute train journey get you into Manchester. Buses run every 10 minutes. Junction 1 of the M60 is 3 minutes away by car. It's a lovely 4 bed semi with a converted garage in which a double ensuite is housed on a quiet dead end road with a large garden. I've got virgin internet, service. The back double bedroom is available. The kitchen in the house is fully equipped has ample storage facilities and includes 2 shared fridge freezers and a washing machine. The main bathroom includes a bath and shower and is fed from a combi boiler so the hot water never runs out. There is a second toilet on the ground floor. Parking is available on the road.
