We’re looking for the right person to take a lovely, spacious double room in my partner’s first-floor flat in the Bowker Vale area.

My partner will continue to use the flat as his home, although he expects to spend significant periods of time away. This means you'll often have plenty of space and privacy to yourself. When he is at the flat, he will use the living area for sleeping and you will, of course, retain your own private double bedroom.

The bedroom is a large furnished double room with plenty of space and storage.

You'll also have use of:

• Bathroom with bath and overhead shower
• Plenty of storage throughout the flat
• Small communal balcony
• Communal gardens
• On-street parking

The flat is furnished and comfortable, so it would suit someone looking for somewhere they can settle into and treat as home rather than just a room to sleep in.

The flat is within walking distance of Bowker Vale Metrolink, giving easy access to Manchester city centre, Prestwich and Bury.

This is a lodger/room arrangement rather than a whole-flat rental

My partner is the resident and will retain use of the property as his home, although he expects to spend considerable periods away. Therefore, there may be stretches where you have the flat largely to yourself, but we're looking for someone who is comfortable with him also staying at the property when he is home if needed.

I will be helping him manage the advert, enquiries and general admin, so you'll generally be dealing with me as a main point of contact.

We're looking for someone who is respectful, clean and considerate, who would like a comfortable home in a quiet and well-connected location.
