Hey guys! 2 lovely big rooms available now in this well-established friendly houseshare located in the leafy Cliff Conservation Area just north of Manchester city centre.

10 mins or so into Manchester centre by bus (right outside), taxi, or cycle. Or a nice walk of course. Also handy for anyone working at Salford Uni and Hospital (but can't do students sorry, unless you're a working professional at the same time).
This is a proper, chilled shared house with a lot of character and a real happy vibe. Sociable bunch of interesting housemates who respect each other's need for quiet and privacy too.
Massive well-equipped living kitchen for creative cooking or just socialising, with acres of worktop, and loads of separately allocated fridge, freezer and general storage space.
Big private garden for fresh air and BBQs etc. ...and gardening if you like! Cuddly house cat included.
