Hey guys! One of our tenants is moving abroad so we're going to have a lovely big room (20m2) with its own handy washbasin available soon in this friendly and well-established houseshare in the leafy Cliff Conservation Area just north of Manchester city centre.
Double bed, ultra-fast wi-fi, usual wardrobe, desk, chairs etc. Efficient individual room heating controlled by you. Bathroom close by.
Bills (heating, electric, water, council tax, broadband) included - you just need food basically.
10 mins or so into Manchester centre by bus (right outside), taxi, or cycle. Or a nice walk of course. Also handy for anyone working at Salford Uni and Hospital (but can't do students sorry, unless you're a working professional at the same time).
This is a traditional old-style shared house with garden, character and a social vibe, not a slick impersonal city-centre flat, ok? It's cosy and light in winter but really comes into its own in spring/summer when you can enjoy the garden.
Friendly mixed bunch of existing young professional housemates with musical and other interests who are happy to yap but respect the need for quiet and privacy too.
Massive well-equipped living kitchen for creative cooking or just socialising, with dining table and acres of worktop, plus loads of separately allocated fridge, freezer and general storage space.
Big private garden complete with huge trees, squirrels and rhododendrons for enjoying your coffee, fresh air and BBQs etc. ...and planting stuff if you're that way inclined!
Cuddly cat included.
Conservatory and locked bike store with CCTV. Cellar for extra storage. Secure gated or easy on-road car parking. Convenience store and excellent takeaway directly opposite. Gym, swimming pool, cafés, LIDL and other supermarkets a short walk away.
The iconic Star Inn, Britain's first urban community pub is the local, just round the corner, and Manchester's sparkling nightlife is only a short ride away.
