I work away a lot and this would be like part-time sharing with 1 person only, and you would have the flat to yourself most of the time giving you privacy and comfort.
It's a quiet, relaxing accommodation.

Room: Double size bed, wardrobe + built in wardrobe, bed side cabinet, a desk and a chair.

This is a very quiet block of flats and we are looking for a quiet person who will keep the noise to minimum. We keep the communal areas clean and we are looking for a clean person to join us who will clean after themselves.

We don't cook much and would prefer a person who does not cook too much either.
