Spare Room in Three Bedroom Townhouse (Hulme)

Three Bedroom, Three Storey, furnished house located at the top of Hulme (2 minutes away from Deansgate and First Street).

Rob and I (guys in the left and middle photo) are two young professionals from Scotland who are looking for a third housemate to replace our friend who is leaving to go travelling. Both of us are easy going guys who work a home / office split during the week and enjoy going out on the weekends, the gym, sports and outdoor activities.

The room is located on Floor 2 of the house. Brief summary of the house:

Floor 1: Living Room, Kitchen, Garden (BBQ, dart board, table and chairs included), Toilet, Storage Cupboard

Floor 2: Two Bedrooms, Toilet, Washing Machine room

Floor 3: One Bedroom, Balcony (direct sunlight from 2pm until sunset over the Summer months), Toilet, Boiler room

Looking to get the room sorted ASAP as our estate agents have informed us that we need to do so by the 17th of July.
