Double room with balcony

The room includes a double bed , triple mirrored wardrobe, a chest of drawers and other storage units. French doors open onto a balcony equipped with a table and chairs. The flat has recently been redecorated, including a brand-new kitchen and bathroom.

There is a parking space in the gated car park.

I've rented the flat out following a move abroad (no plans to move back for the next few years!). I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy who will keep the apartment in good condition.

The other tenant will be involved in choosing her future flatmate:

Ideally located for anyone working in central Manchester or the Manchester hospitals. There is a bus stop right outside the building with connections into town, the Trafford Centre and Trafford General Hospital.
