The flat is very nice recently renovated, modern, with all appliances needed. Located near the park with green views.
There is one bathroom with a modern shower shared between the two rooms.

I'm looking for a female student. The location of the flat is very convenient. Walking distance to UNIs and town.

I'm easy going, very private person and respectful of others privacy and space. If you are a quiet, respectful person looking for a safe, quiet and relaxing accommodation, please message.

I want to keep the flat clean and tidy. I hope to find females who are tidy as well to keep the areas pleasant to live in. Nothing extraordinary, just basic good standards.

There will be only 2 females sharing the kitchen and the bathroom. I work away a lot.
