Hello! I have a cosy, fully furnished double room available in my two-bedroom house in Hulme. My current housemate is moving closer to her job, so I’m looking for a like-minded person to share the house with!😊I’d love to find a kind, respectful, and tidy housemate who enjoys a good chat, a laugh, and a relaxed, friendly home.

The rent is £575 per month (split equally), with bills averaging around £150 each.

• Spacious, bright living room
• Bathroom on the first floor
• Two double bedrooms and two small storage rooms
• Nice back garden with a table and chairs to chill out when it’s sunny (hasn’t really happened yet—fingers crossed!)
• Gated parking space, plus additional on-street parking available

The area:
• Quiet, family-friendly street
• Very good bus links, with around a 20-minute walk to the city centre
• Less than 5 minutes from Big Asda and B&M
• Less than 5 minutes from the local leisure centre, with access to a gym and swimming pool

About me:
I’m a 30-year-old girl from Eivissa, working at the University of Manchester. I’ve only been living here for four months, so I’m still quite new to the city! I usually go into uni every day, but sometimes I work from home. I’m a quiet, clean, and tidy person who enjoys her own space, but I’m also up for a chat, pizza night, or planning something fun together!
