Description
Nice quiet house just off Oxford road near Whitworth park. We are a laid back group of guys - a part time PhD student at the RNCM, a trainee architect, and local government worker.
We're looking for a young professional or post grad student (who wouldn't mind paying council tax) to move in on the 1st of June. (There is the possibility of moving in a little earlier if that would help.) Ideally we're hoping for someone who has experience living with others and is clean/ respectful of others in the house.
There is also a cat that comes to visit us every so often, so bonus points if you like cats!
All bills including council tax and utilities come to about £90 a month.
