Hello I’m Bill and I’m looking for a tidy easygoing housemate to join me in my 2 bed apartment in Manchester. If you like a clean relaxed home, stay active/into fitness, enjoy a beer/wine on the weekend and you're easy to get along with, you’ll fit right in.
The room:
Your room is a double furnished with bed, 2 side tables and chest of drawers. It also has a large built in wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors. The second bedroom comes with an en suite therefore you will essentially have your own bathroom too.
The flat:
Modern kitchen with oven, hob, fridge washing machine, etc.
Comfy living room with TV / sofa / space to hang out and kitchen table with chairs. The apartment also has a large balcony to enjoy.
Extras:
On site gym, 2 roof terraces, BBQ areas, Co working spaces, on road parking around the building, bike storage, fast Wi-Fi
The area:
You’re about 2 minute walk from Conbrook tram stop which has links into town, to the Trafford Centre or Manchester Airport. It's around a 20 minute walk into Manchester City centre with cafes, shops, parks, gyms, pubs close by.
The money bit:
Rent: £800 per month (includes wifi)
Bills: Roughly £200 per month (council tax, water, gas)
Deposit: 1 months rent

About me:
I’m a 32 year old professional, originally from Suffolk, and lived in Manchester for 2.5 years. In my free time I stay pretty active and into fitness, play football, gym, run etc. I’m super laid back and easy to get along with and would welcome someone on a similar level. During the week I work Mon-Fri so very chilled. Weekends I am more sociable, often seeing friends and family, enjoy a beer and a night out/ meal however would not want a party house situation.
Who I’m looking for:
Someone who is clean and considerate, friendly and respectful. Professionals of a similar age would be ideal. The apartment does allow for pets and I would welcome them on a case by case basis, just ask! (There would be a slightly higher rent to include pets, I can find this out.) Chilled, good vibes are the main requirement!
