Short term let or Mon - Fri Lodger 2bd flat

I am moving into a bright south facing 2 bed flat opposite the Manchester business building in Hulme.

The smaller bedroom is available.

I am looking for a lodger who would like 3-4 nights a week and is office based.

I'm open to full time short lets for the right person! Rent would then be £700pcm all bills included.

The property will look very different when you move in as I will have quite a few houseplants and tropical decorations!

I'm a full time student and I run a tutoring company so I'm quite busy but want to create a homely, happy atmosphere in the flat. I'm tidy and clean, a great conversationalist and not a terrible cook so we could have some form of integrated co living. But I'm also really happy to respect space and I will need plenty of mine as an introverted extrovert!

I've previously lived with a lady in her 40s as her lodger and this worked so well!
