Hi I'm looking for a replacement tenant to take over my room at Denmark Road, University of Manchester, as I'm planning to move elsewhere due to medical reasons.

- Room type: En-suite with a private bathroom
- Rent: £234 per week (bills included)
- Kitchen: Shared kitchen, always kept very clean
- Location: Within walking distance of UoM and MMU
- Flat atmosphere: Calm atmosphere with lovely flatmates

Availability & Contract
- Move-in date: Available ASAP, but flexible
- Preferred move-in: ASAP / Ideally before or during the winter break
- Contract end date: 5 July 2027
- Contract takeover: Officially handled through the University of Manchester Accommodation Office

Eligibility Requirements (what UoM requires)
- Female
- Undergraduate UoM student
- Not currently be living in University of Manchester halls of residence
- Subject to approval by the University Accommodation Office
