Sociable flat share in hulme

Looking for a sociable flatmate who is up for joining in with games nights, people staying over, adventurous days out and the occasional house party.

Room is relatively small double with underbed storage, large kitchen and lounge.

Note- photos of the house are as unfurnished, before anyone lived there, now fully furnished. Not a particularly tidy house, it is a good place for someone with a relaxed approach to their house :)
