2 minute walk from train station and bus stops and parking on the drive way if you have a car.
The room also includes sole use of main bathroom.
I am looking for a housemate to join me. Must be clean and tidy.
The house is modern with all mod cons including dishwasher.
Large garden to enjoy.
Must like cats as I have 1 and someone who would like to be included (if they wish) when there is a social event in the house.
Smoking is ok outside not inside the property.
I’m looking for someone trustworthy and reliable who is able to provide deposit and references.
